This product is intended to be used by those that are familiar with basic electrical safety.  Any hybrid battery has potential to cause injury or even death.  Please take extreme care when installing our products.  If you do not feel comfortable working with death capable voltages, please consult a professional to install the equipment.  Grid charging cannot fix a broken battery.  If there are cells within the battery that are damaged or just too weak to output any more power, they cannot be fixed with grid charging.  Most of the time, grid charging will improve battery health, sometimes it can only prolong the death of it, and rarely it will not help at all.  All systems must be supervised at all times during operation.
